Social Impact Tracker delivers value for money and a payback period of 186 days thorugh its time effiiency savings. We have estimated that a typical worker could take up to 1048hrs or 140 days manually carrying out the following functions.

• managing and upkeeping of project client, programme, activity records
• measuring outcomes and their social impact
• organising timetables, diaries, bookings contacts and correspondence
• gathering data for monthly, quartely or annual funder and management reports
• customise reports according to management or specific funders requests/needs
• communicating across all departments

With the use of Social Impact Tracker we have calculated the same tasks would take 334hrs or 45 days (inclusive of the setup and training). Using a minimum wage of £6ph and including the costs of the bundle package this would result in a savings of £3,824, on year one alone!
