Social Impact Tracker (core bundle package) is £1,750.00 + VAT for a 1 project, 5 user licences, installation, training and support.

Installations & Setup

Database installation, setup and configuration onto your network is included as part of the core bundle price

Training

2 full day onsite training sessions with all management, staff and volunteers is included as part of the bundle price. The first training session would take place on the day of the installation.

User Support

All users can avail of one year remote support (by telephone/email/remote access) for any database help or technical assistance. Support will be logged through a ticketing system that will track your issue. Up to 8hrs support at 15min intervals is included in the bundle price. Thereafter additional support can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis. Remote support software is included within SIT for your benefit. After the first year annual support and product upgrades is optional and charged separately.
